I really had no idea what the reaction our son would have to being escorted to a school he only vaguely knew about and wouldn't want to go to, but after introducing him to the escorts and informing him of their purpose, they were able to quietly and in less than 5 minutes get him out of bed, dressed, and out to their car. (From a typically belligerent and defiant teenager, it was almost anti-climatic.) It was a tremendous help to me that you provided a concise explanation of the process so I knew what to expect when you arrived; the fact that you got here exactly when you said you would and that you took care of coordinating the flights, rental cars, call to the school and all other details so that I didn't have to worry about any of those things. I like that your team is dressed in a casual manner, as I believe this helps put the child at ease. And of course the DVD player is a great way to provide the child some distraction in an already stressful situation.
